Getting Started
Click “Join Now” at the top right corner. Fill in your details, choose a username and password, then confirm your email to activate your account.
Go to your profile page and click on “Edit Profile.” You can update your bio, location, music interests, and other personal details.
On your profile page, hover over the profile or cover image section. Click the camera icon to upload a new image from your device.
Log in and go to your account settings. Under “Security,” select “Change Password,” enter your current and new password, and save changes.
Using the Community Page
Click the “What’s on your mind?” box at the top of your feed. Type your message, attach photos or music if you want, and click “Post.”
Below each post, click the “Like” button or select “Comment” to leave a message.
Go to a user’s profile and click the “Message” button to start a private conversation.
In the post editor, use the “@” symbol to tag friends. To share media, click the camera or video icon to upload from your device.
Click the three-dot menu on the post or comment and choose “Report.” Our moderators will review the content.
Groups & Events
Go to the Groups page from the main menu. To join, click on a group and select “Join.” To create a new group, click “Create Group” and follow the steps.
Yes. During group creation or editing, you can choose visibility settings: Public, Private, or Invite Only.
Navigate to the Events page and click “Create Event.” Fill in the details, add a date/time and location, then publish your event.
After creating an event, go to the event page and use the “Invite” button to select friends from your contact list.
Friends & Connections
Visit the user’s profile and click “Add Friend.” Once they accept, you’ll be connected.
Following someone lets you see their public updates in your feed, even if you’re not friends.
Go to the user’s profile and click the “Block” option. To unblock, visit your privacy settings and manage your block list.
Privacy & Settings
When creating a post, choose the audience: Public, Friends, or Only Me. You can also adjust global privacy settings in your account preferences.
Go to “Account Settings” and click on the “Notifications” tab. From there, you can enable or disable email and on-site alerts.
Navigate to “Account Settings” and select “Delete Account.” Confirm the deletion. Deactivated accounts can be reactivated later; deleted accounts are permanent.
Music-Related Features
Go to your profile or music page and click “Upload Music.” Choose the file, add a title and genre, and click “Publish.” (Only available to approved artists.)
On your music dashboard, click “New Playlist.” Add tracks from your uploads or favorites, arrange the order, and give it a title.
Yes, artists can sell their music using the integrated store (HikaShop + Music Collection). Contact us to activate your artist selling privileges.
Technical Help
First, clear your browser cache and refresh the page. If the issue continues, try using a different browser or device. You can also contact support.
Click on “Forgot Password?” on the login page. Enter your registered email address and follow the instructions to reset your password.
